*Some rooms (BME 3.204 and BME 3.512) are available for reservation by BME undergrad students and other UT Austin students, faculty and staff outside of BME. These parties can email bme-room-reservations@utexas.edu for more reservation information.

BME 3.204 Seminar Room

The BME 3.204 Seminar Room is ideal for hosting presentations, seminars or lectures. It includes projection equipment and seats 50-70 people.

This room is available for reservation by all UT Austin students, faculty and staff. Please email bme-room-reservations@utexas.edu for reservation information. 

BME occupants should request a reservation through the reservation portal


BME 3.512 Quiet/Lactation Room

The BME 3.512 Quiet/Lactation Room is for nursing mothers or those who require rest for medical reasons. This space is not intended for those with contagious medical conditions, such as the flu.

This room is available for reservation by all UT Austin students, faculty and staff. Please email bme-room-reservations@utexas.edu for reservation information.

BME 3.206 Ted Collins Jr. Department Chair's Conference Room

The BME 3.206 Ted Collins Jr. Department Chair's Conference Room is ideal for hosting presentations or meetings. It includes projection equipment and seats up to 28 people.


BME 1.112 Conference Room

The BME 1.112 Conference Room is ideal for hosting presentations or meetings. It includes projection equipment and seats up to 18 people.


BME 3.202 Lobby

The BME 3.202 Lobby is ideal for events or research symposiums. No media or projection equipment available and seating is not provided.


BME 3.312 Learning Resource Center

The BME 3.312 Learning Resource Center does not accept reservations. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis via proximity card access. 

Some BME classes and labs are also held in this room. Please review the course schedule before use.


BME 4.202G Conference Room

The BME 4.202G Conference Room is ideal for small meetings or study hours. It includes projection equipment and seats up to 6 people.

This room is available on a first-come, first-served basis; it does not accept reservations.


BME 4.202H Conference Room

The BME 4.202H Conference Room is ideal for hosting presentations or meetings. It includes projection equipment and seats up to 14 people.

This room is available on a first-come, first-served basis; it does not accept reservations.


BME 5.202H Conference Room

The BME 5.202H Conference Room is ideal for small meetings or study hours. It includes projection equipment and seats up to 6 people.

This room is available on a first-come, first-served basis; it does not accept reservations.


BME 5.202I Conference Room

The BME 5.202I Conference Room is ideal for hosting presentations or meetings. It includes projection equipment and seats up to 14 people.

This room is available on a first-come, first-served basis; it does not accept reservations.
