The Department of Biomedical Engineering welcomes the Class of 2016 into the UT Austin BME alumni family.
The University of Texas at Austin granted 87 bachelor's, four master's, and six doctoral degrees in biomedical engineering in 2015–2016.

Interim Department Chair Andrew Dunn presented Stephanie Steichen (Ph.D. 2016) with a graduate student leadership award.
Jacob George (B.S. 2016) was honored with an undergraduate leadership award.
