Dr. Carolyn Bayer, a biomedical engineering postdoctoral fellow in Professor Stanislav Emelianov’s laboratory, has been named the inaugural recipient of the J. Crayton Pruitt Scholar award.
Dr. Carolyn Bayer, a biomedical engineering postdoctoral fellow in Professor Stanislav Emelianov’s laboratory, has been named the inaugural recipient of the J. Crayton Pruitt Scholar award. Professor Bruce Wheeler, interim chair of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Florida, presented Bayer with the award on November 21, 2011 for her talk “Photoacoustic Molecular Imaging and Nanoparticle Contrast Agent Design.”
