Engineering Conferences International (ECI) selected Priya Puvanakrishnan’s abstract, Real time Near Infrared Narrow Band Imaging of Tumors Using Gold Particles, as a Hot Topic for their annual conference held in June 2011 in Naples, Florida. Puvanakrishnan’s abstract was one of six selected from over 55 student abstracts. Additionally, she received a travel fellowship of $500.
Puvanakrishnan is a doctoral student in Professor James Tunnell’s lab.
